Shipping within the United States:
All of our fine jewelry ($500.00 and higher) is shipped via insured Fedex Priority Over Night. It is insured for the amount the customer has paid for the item. Your package will be fully tracked, insured, and signature required.
All of our jewelry pieces valued under $500.00 are shipped USPS First Class Mail (3-5 day delivery).
Shipping outside the United States:
All of our fine jewelry shipped to United Kingdom or Canada will be shipped via insured Fedex Priority. It is insured for the amount the customer has paid for the item. Your package will be fully tracked, insured, and signature required. All we ask is that you pay $25 for shipping and we will take care of the rest. If your country is not listed above, please contact us for overnight shipping rates to your country.
All Jewelry pieces shipping outside the United States that are valued under $500.00 are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Refunds And Exchanges
Articles are accepted for exchanges only within 7 days of official delivery date to customer (not including sale items or custom orders). No refunds are given.
All articles must be unused and in original condition. All exchanges must be approved by management prior to shipping the item back. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back. Please contact us for instructions on how to ship the item back.
For items that are $501.00 and up, please contact us to purchase the shipping label and for the instructions on how to ship the item back.
For items under $500.00 please contact us for shipping instructions.
There are no exchanges on Sale items and custom orders.

Custom/special orders are non-refundable.
A custom/special order constitutes any merchandise special ordered (not in our standard inventory), custom made items, or items altered to the customer's request (such as sizing or changing out stone(s) in a setting).
We offer one year warranty on our fine jewelry. The warranty includes: If any of the accents stones from your item have fallen out (center stone is not included) with in the year you've received it, we will replace the accents stones free of charge. All we ask is that you just pay insured shipping one way and we will take care of the insured shipping back to you. Please contact us to purchase the insured shipping and instructions on how to ship the item back and we will return the item back to you as soon as possible.
NOT UNDER WARRANTY?
If you are not under warranty, we will be more than happy to help! We can do anything from sizing to fixing a broken pieces.
