Shipping within the United States:

Shipping outside the United States:

  • Items under $500.00 are shipped via fully insured USPS First Class Mail.

  • Items shipped to United Kingdom or Canada will be shipped via fully insured FedEx International Priority.

  • We ask $50 for international shipping.

  • If your country is not listed above, please contact us for overnight shipping rates to your country. 

Returns And Exchanges

  • Articles are accepted for exchanges only within 7 days of official delivery date to the customer.

  • All articles must be unused and in original condition.

  • Custom orders and items on sale do not qualify for returns/refunds or exchanges.

  • All exchanges must be approved by management prior to shipping the item back.

  • Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the item.

  • We store your full name, phone number and email address to send you exclusive offers and promotions.

Custom Orders

A custom/special order constitutes any merchandise special ordered (not in our standard inventory), custom made items, or items altered to the customer's request (such as sizing or changing out stone(s) in a setting).

Warranty Information

We offer a one year warranty on all our fine jewelries.

  • The warranty includes: If any of the accents stones from your item have fallen out within the year you've received it, we will replace them free of charge.

  • We ask you to pay for insured one way shipping.

  • Please contact us to purchase the insured shipping and instructions on how to ship the item back. We will return the item back to you as soon as possible. 

Not Under Warranty?

If you are not under warranty, we will be more than happy to help!

  • We offer repairs, sizing and stone replacement.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of insured shipping both ways.
